My Manifesto --- ( that i created while taking Brene's on line course) The values that guide me in my effort to show up and be seen are, having Faith and Courage.I will love myself by PAUSING And ASKING FOR GUIDANCE from my inner guide, aka, higher power, god. I will be of service to others. I will have the courage to set boundaries with others and be in my TRUTH. And be willing to except what is with out managing and controlling. And above allI will have self compassion as I fumble my through all the above. I will also meditate and pray to keep me in the grace of life's journey.
